Here's some new outsider glam from our favourite lost New York popstar Raw Thrills. This is a brand new video from past hit "Hills Speeding" off the 2008 EP Ghostmoon, although I think this might actually be from a late nite MTV show from 1995, aired in between L7 and Dr Katz. Digging the serious oversaturation and the weird irony/sincerity of it all; what the heck would Beavis & Butthead say about this?!?!
