Ultra velvety jam here from the Carson, Cali resident with a little help from newly minted member of XXL's "Freshman Class of '11", Kendrick Lamar. With a beat layered to late afternoon/early evening west coast standards; heavy on wah pedals wails and placid keys, both ride it out with effortless, stop-and-go composure. And when the chorus hits, the end result is ridiculously soulful. While both have been making noise as of late with the whole Black Hippy crew, this jam's been lifted from Ab-Soul's upcoming Longterm Mentality project dropping in May.
