MP3: CyHi Da Prynce - When The Smoke Clears
CyHi did it big in '10. It wasn't enough to release two solid mixtapes but dude was personally signed by Yeezy to his G.O.O.D Music label and was tasked to spit a verse on one of the highlights on arguably the best rap album of last year. Riding that momentum, CyHi has just dropped his latest mixtape featuring a smattering of heavies appearing throughout. "When The Smoke Clears", one of the noteworthy tracks, appears early on following an intro bringing to mind the image of a grown Simba on roids (Yeezy's bravado rubbing off on him, maybe?) but I digress. Its energy leads into pulses of synths before J.U.S.T.I.C.E League straight stomp you to death with their signature bombast. Marrying CyHi's flow with Miami-Lambo visions while keeping the down south mind set all means something glorious just took place.
