Alexander Spit - He Said She Said
Something super nice bout this Bay Area dude right here. His latest offering, "Until Next Summer" is painted deep with sunrise and sundown summertime colours and glazed over with Cali-cool gusto. The first-rate production (apart from one track) was all handled by Spit and touches on a whole lotta bases from glitchy noises and effects, now-ish keys and synths through to heart-on-sleeve throwback feelings. What I'm diggin though is that flow - assured but unconventional with a slight staccato all mingling together. A must for hazy-playlist season.
