PSYCHIC ELEVATOR

Vancouver's premiere muddy techno/house experimentalist Cloudface recorded a mix for our buddy Daniel Gottlieb's radio show a while back. It's pretty amazing, and as Daniel puts it full of "live improvised analog hardware House, but with a weird, psychedelic edge. The tracklist is up over at Spiral Sounds.

WYRE DRIVE

Muddy and slow techno from Vancouver's Cloudface, "Babak's House" displays nocturnal tendencies with an analogue feel and in the process recalls the similarly apocalyptic retro-futures envisioned recently by Huerco S. and Afterhours.
