So as you can see from the photos down below we were lucky enough to have the NNF bros here in Newcastle . I liked this because we got to watch/listen/dance to both Pocahaunted and Sun Araw (who was playing hits from this brand new Heavy Deeds LP) and because I got to learn about something AMAZING called Kombucha. Kind of split between being totally terrified and totally eager to make/drink it (pepsi is gonna start bottling this stuff???) but anyway Sun Araw aka Mr Cameron Stallones' new record sounds as if someone's spiked his batch and it's growing tendrils and shit, it's all wah wah 70's smoke out, building up slow and gradual with a new tropic unease amongst the chill/JUST GOOD VIBES sonics, a distant response to Fela Kuti w/ bung farfisa organ.
