MONEY HONEY

Ryan Garbes and Charles Free crashed some seriously loose and wild-limbed garage parties on last year's self-titled cassette; boy siren/liquid Elvis vocals and squiggly organ riffs shiftin dust from all the boxes of junk in the roof and into yr eyes. It's interesting to hear them get a bit 'serious' on this new cassette where everything starts off surprisingly glum and maybe hopeless too; loner guitars and drums that drunkenly stumble haze into a beautiful damaged crooner which surely sounds best when lost in the desert after yr dunebuggy has crashed. Before long this Kurt Vile/Pure Ecstasy-style adriftness dissolves into a fractured grunge stomper rounding out side A of this new C10 nicely.
