MP3: Pat Jordache - Phantom Limb

This new video from tUnE-yArDs collaborator Pat Jordache is a heavy hitter. His recent Future Songs tape is "the bracing results of his isolation," ultra wintery and full on taut Mercury Rev-fragility with a distinctly Montreal sort of beauty. The track's frugle and woozy take on psych-pop is at once slightly terrifying and triumphant. Sometime it can be hard to negotiate some of this Montreal guitar stuff but this is amazing, real grittily anthemic.
