RE: 'pooped pants' earlier this week, music from this (tiny) Fonal scene in Finland as never come off so bright and colourful; there are beats, synth swirls, maybe even some palm trees; it's totally bustling with people, voices, sounds, daffy duck, like paintballs splattered the trees in those not-so-abandoned Finnish woods, even if there are still ghosts haunting the moss and the branches.

KY have sounded like a technicolored, steam-powered music commune of late. Really enjoying the Secret Eye cd release myself, and the increased focus on electronics -- they certainly are developing the sound nicely.
they are doing some rainbow locomotion for sure. i can't get enough of the album art...i wish they had it on vinyl!
