The latest from Little Wings doesn't sound particularly beachy as the name may suggest but is littered with those driftwood bits of hurt and funny sentiments and does actually bring to mind that damaged type of seagull with just the one leg and ruffled feathers and bung eye that gets picked on by the others when it tries to steal yr fish n chips. This is a new collaboration that doesn't so much stray from Little Wings slow vibage but is a slightly more dusky Neil Young lament, creaking and distinctly tired.
